Your nervous system has a brake. It can be reached on purpose.
Nothing to prepare, and you can stop at any point. Try it now, and notice what a minute actually does.
Eyes open or closed, whichever you prefer. Sound is not needed.
Notice anything? Most people feel it in the shoulders first.
Two inhales, a brief hold, then a long exhale. The extended out-breath is what does the work. It slows the heart and signals the body it is safe to stand down.
It needs nothing. No app, no quiet room, no privacy, and no one has to know you are doing it. It works at a desk, before a difficult conversation, or at 9pm when the day will not switch off.
A Welloh session draws on meditation, breathwork, sound and yoga. Different people settle in completely different ways, so there are a few doorways in rather than only one, and a session is designed around the room rather than run off a script. Seated, in whatever you are wearing, nothing to prepare. Everything in the room is an invitation, and anyone can sit any part of it out.
I'd like to hear about your people. Thirty minutes, nothing to prepare, and I won't present anything at you.
